No Upfront Fees

Unlike most investment banking firms and M&A consultants, MBA does not ask sellers to pay retainer or monthly service fees.

We are compensated only through a success fee which is payable upon the completion of your transaction.

This arrangement requires us to make a very significant investment of time and resources, often for a period of many months. Our long track record of successfully completing our assignments allows us to follow this approach.
